If you want to cancel the order, please contact us email@example.com with an explicit subject on the email title so we can attend it to a relative customer service specialist. You must cancel it in 12 hours after paying it otherwise the order will enter the procurement process.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out or during the procurement process. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund.
Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.We are NOT responsible for the order which is Refused by the customer.
Please DO NOT return the package directly to the address on the package that you have received which is the transit station. We are NOT responsible for the order which is DIRECTLY returned to the address on the package.
